So, we make all our ice cream using plant-based colors that come from
butterfly pea powder, spirulina, turmeric, purple sweet potato, and beet juice!

We handcraft our ice cream using the creamiest and simplest ice cream base, thanks to

Hudson Valley Fresh Dairy and several local, family run farms. Big and small, they've joined together to offer up fresh - days from the cow - milk & cream which

we turn into our luscious ice creams! With a focus on cow comfort which

means industry-low somatic cell counts, naturally higher fat and omega-3 content,

and with no rBST supplementation.

We use only the best, all-natural inclusions and keep it local as much as we can

with a focus on gluten-free, so everyone can enjoy our ice creams.
